🧑💻 About
I'm a software developer and engineering leader with over 25 years of experience across development, technical leadership, consultancy, and architecture.
I've worked as a developer, CTO, director of engineering, agile coach, and technical consultant — often several of these at once. My background spans healthcare, media, fashion, events, logistics, and consumer technology.
Currently I focus on backend development and custom integrations — connecting business systems that don't talk to each other, and building the infrastructure that keeps them in sync. I also write about software development and the changing shape of engineering work.
