Opportunities
When a new opportunity lands in Current RMS, your wider team needs to know. New and updated opportunities push to your CRM, trigger notifications in Slack or Teams, or feed a shared pipeline view — so nothing falls through the gap between systems.
Invoices
Chasing invoice status across two systems is wasted time. Invoices sync automatically between Current RMS and your accounting package — Xero, QuickBooks, or others — so payment status is current in both places without anyone touching it.
Contacts
Contacts created or updated in Current RMS can flow to your CRM automatically. Contacts acquired elsewhere can flow back in. One source of truth, maintained without manual effort.
Real-time
Batch syncs introduce lag. A contact updated at 9am might not appear elsewhere until noon. Event-driven integrations using Current RMS webhooks mean changes propagate in seconds, not hours. Your data is current because it has to be.
